1.0 Introduction myEnergy application was implemented with features to assist the users in monitoring their electricity consumption and monthly bills. The app features functionalities to assist users in fulfilling their needs which are viewing bill history, paying electricity bills and providing feedback. The view bill history allows the users to view their past monthly bills through the myEnergy app simply by selecting the month of the bills they want to view. Moving on, the app also provides a feature allowing users to pay their monthly electricity bills through the app by clicking on the "Pay" button and proceeding with the payment through their preferred payment methods. myEnergy app also provides a feature to allow the users to provide feedback on their current user experience when using the application.
